Yesler Terrace Block 6.1B has broken ground at 821 S. Washington St. on the Yesler Terrace campus. GGLO is also doing the landscape architecture and interiors.
Seattle Housing Authority estimates that 53 apartments will be affordable to households earning 60% of area median income. Units will run from studios to two-bedrooms, with a range from about 416 to 1,059 square feet. GGLO puts the total project size at around 216,502 square feet. The project also includes some 122 parking stalls on two levels mostly below grade.
