Housing Hope project is a model for sustainable low-income housing

Housing Hope’s HopeWorks Station II, completed in 2019, is a multifamily low-income housing project in Everett that provides a model for achieving net-zero in affordable housing. HopeWorks Station II earned the LEED for Homes Platinum award. The three-story, 67,000-square-foot development complex, at 3315 Broadway, also participated in Washington state’s LEED Multifamily Midrise pilot and was selected for the Living Future Challenge for affordable housing pilot. Dykeman Architects is the lead architect. GGLO offered design assistance and is the lead interior designer and landscape architect. Ecotope is the mechanical engineer.
