Africatown Plaza is a mixed-use affordable housing project located in the Central District of Seattle. The project will include 126 affordable homes, 2,000 sf of office, and 2,500 sf of retail space. The project includes a public plaza with a community stage, water feature, and public art. Community Roots Housing announced that it will break ground on Africatown Plaza on February 5th, 2022.
