"I can’t wait to move into The Carter to use its thoughtfully designed spaces, access Redmond’s innovative vibes, and benefit from its freeway vantage."

Lisa R, Future Carter Resident

Carter on the Park is a brand new residential apartment building located in the heart of downtown Redmond across from Slough House Park. The project draws its name from the beloved Pacific Northwest woodcarver, Dudley Carter, who once made a home in the park’s Haida House Studio. In an homage to Carter, the project will incorporate Native American pieces, as well as integrated architectural features that relate to the adjacent parks, trail and natural views.

Consisting of 176 units, four first floor live/work spaces, a common museum quality art lobby, 2 story Skybox community room, outdoor courtyard with fire pit, outdoor living room, and a high density miniature forest growing in forest. The east-facing building will embrace territorial views of the bordering park and trail. A quiet haven in the center of walking convenience, Carter on the Park provides a pedestrian-friendly streetscape, direct access to trails, and an entry point to Slough House Park, where Dudley Carter’s statues link to Redmond’s past.
