Scott Schreffler

Scott enjoys coaching his son’s 3rd and 4th grade lacrosse team, fishing, boating and reading.


Scott has over 16 years of practice under his belt, since graduating with a Masters of Architecture from University of New Mexico. He takes a well-rounded approach to projects, seeking the appropriate technical solutions toward fulfilling both the design vision and client’s goals. A LEED AP since 2001, Scott brings a passion for community leadership in environmental sustainability.

Scott excels at interdisciplinary collaboration and holistic design. He has extensive experience in housing, both new design and rehab with work spanning all types of housing – from affordable housing and home remodel to high rise projects. He also has experience in commercial offices, TI upgrades, façade improvements and K-12 projects. Scott is the founder of the SnoLEAF Collaborative of the Cascadia GBC and is currently a Snohomish Trustee for Forterra. He can often be found leading discussions and activities surrounding sustainable development north of the County line in his hometown of Everett.
