Mitch Yockey

Senior Associate

Born in Missouri but raised in the Pacific Northwest, Mitch enjoys being outdoors whether hiking, biking or fly fishing.  A WSU grad, Mitch is a husband to Gail and father to Emily, and he also writes and performs Celtic music on mandolin and guitar.  He was first exposed to Architecture at the age of 12 and has been enthralled ever since.  He views Architecture as a perfect blend of art and science and enjoys creating architecture that is well-detailed and promotes community.  An avid fan of Greene & Greene and Japanese design, he draws inspiration from the simplicity of design, craftsmanship and detailing.  When able, Mitch enjoys bicycling, and traveling by train in Europe.  His travels have also taken him to Tokyo, Kyoto, Fukuoka and Hiroshima where he worked as well.
