Jennifer has an extensive background in a variety of housing markets. Over twenty years of creating affordable housing, senior living and housing for special needs populations developed a deeper interest and understanding of how thoughtfully designed, sustainable environments can improve people’s lives. Her experience includes assisted living, memory care, formerly homeless families and teens, low-income individuals of all ages, affordable and workforce housing, and accessible and universally designed housing.
She is committed to designing buildings and spaces that benefit the community as a whole. Finding a balance between the use of sustainable resources and building quality environments is important to her.
Jennifer is a strong advocate for accessibility and universal design for all ages and abilities. Her knowledge of accessibility codes and regulations is a resource for everyone in the office.
