Jamie is a design technology professional with a practice that straddles two fields: design and technology. He is passionate about utilizing technology to empower design teams to spend more time thinking creatively. As an architect, he understands the power and promise of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and integrated, evidence-based design and uses his unique background in architectural design and information technology to help design teams do more with less.
Jamie spent the first part of his career working on a wide variety of project types including commercial TI, healthcare, K-12, and multi-family residential as an architect and project manager. The resulting insight into process and delivery gives him a singular perspective on implementing collaborative technology solutions that add value to the design process.
When not doing R&D on the next great software revolution, you will find Jamie fishing for, catching (hopefully), and releasing local Oncorhynchus, Salvelinus and sometimes even Salmo throughout the PNW region.
