GGLO worked with Seattle Housing Authority to renovate Leschi House, located in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Seattle. Originally constructed in 1988, the apartments houses low-income seniors. The older four-story building is set to be renovated, including the exterior and all apartments. An addition of a 35-unit, six story building with indoor parking is planned. All common areas were upgraded to current ADA standards.
