“We looked at a couple of apartments in Ballard and were really impressed by AMLI. We really like apartment's quality, floor plans, design, fitness room (the best!), business center with conference room, and two little parks - at the second floor and on the roof - with amazing views of Queen Ann and Magnolia!”

Andrey K, Resident

With a neighborhood as old and rich in history as Ballard, finding inspiration for the development’s design and message was simple. AMLI Mark24 is located on a site once owned by Jacobsen Marine, one of the region’s best-known boat dealerships. This business expressed many of the same values that the people of Ballard hold true to this day: promoting fairness, equality, and a love of unique, handcrafted pieces that enrich daily life. The story of Ballard is still developing today, and AMLI Mark24 is a destination for people that wish to be a part of this legacy.

Located on a primary axis of NW Market St and 24th Ave NW the architecture responds to Ballard by breaking down its scale into approachable proportions. The ground level lobby features a wood wall echoing the days of timber industry and a legacy band that winds its way through the space from exterior to interior. With work pods, video conferencing center, clubroom, outdoor courtyard fire pit, fitness and yoga studio on the first 2-levels residents have a diverse variety of amenities to choose from to fill their day.
