Bio:

Jeff decided he wanted to be an architect in the eighth grade, when he designed his first house as a class project. Housing and neighborhoods have been his focus for most of the 28 years he’s been practicing. Jeff looks for opportunities that are transformational – those that create community. He has been managing the planning and integrated design of large-scale, mixed-use communities like Rainier Vista, Greenbridge, and Yesler Terrace for several years.

Jeff is the former chair of his city’s Planning Commission and serves on ULI Seattle’s Housing Affordability Task Force and the national Affordable/Workforce Housing Product Council (when he’s not coaching or umpiring baseball).
