Dan is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Landscape Architecture program where his focus was in international design. His studies took him to both China and Rome where he gained experience in integrating different, adjacent communities through landscape architecture. Dan received an Award of Merit from the Washington Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (WASLA) for outstanding studio design work while attending UW.
Born in New Jersey, Dan spent some of his formative years in South Korea before moving back to the US and settling in Seattle. His fondness for drawing led him to architectural design. Recently, Dan has been involved in the design of a number of urban and resort hotel projects throughout China and Vietnam where he was able to utilize his background in architectural modeling, graphics software and CAD.
