Instead, she keeps design talent rolling in as the Director for Human Resources. Tracy's strengths are well suited for the HR discipline; from benefits administration to compliance, policy development to recruiting, firm wide communication and professional development to performance management and annual budgets, all facets of the HR spectrum are covered. Known for her calm demeanor, if Tracy doesn’t know the answer she’ll keep looking until she finds it, she’s tenacious and great with details.
