Senior Associate

Ted has designed and managed community-based urban mixed-use projects for over 13 years, with particular focus in resolving complex environmental and entitlement considerations. Ted has a strong design background with diverse influences that draw from many sources including world travel. He acknowledges the need for design solutions to succeed on cultural, artistic and technical levels.

Ted’s recent focus has been facilitating and integrating Low Impact Design measures, such as decentralized storm and water quality facilities, into urban mixed-use projects. Ted is involved in numerous environmental and community advocacy groups. He serves on Seattle’s Central Waterfront Stakeholders Group and is Chair of Seattle’s Northwest Design Review Board.
