Jerry McDevitt LEED® AP BD+C

Jerry brings more than 25 years of experience to his role as Director of Senior Housing. He sees great promise for tomorrow’s senior living communities as places where creative hospitality-inspired design, flexible spaces and a thoughtful continuum of care enhance the resident’s experience. His goal is to design communities that purposefully don’t look like “senior housing,” and instead become “cool housing that seniors live in.”

Outside of the office, Jerry has many interests. In addition to commuting via bike from Mukilteo to downtown Seattle or riding with his cycling team, he also enjoys skiing and teaches at Crystal Mountain on weekends. He is an avid fly fisherman and can often be found on many of our local rivers, and when he has time, on his stand up paddle board on Puget Sound or Lake Washington.
