Jeff Foster AIA, LEED® AP BD+C

Jeff decided he wanted to be an architect in the eighth grade, when he designed his first house as a class project. Housing and neighborhoods have been his focus for most of the 23 years he’s been practicing. Jeff looks for opportunities that are transformational – those that create community. He has been managing the planning and integrated design of large-scale, mixed-use communities like Rainier Vista and Greenbridge in the Seattle area for several years. Jeff is the former chair of his city’s Planning Commission and serves on ULI Seattle’s Housing Affordability Task Force (when he’s not coaching baseball and soccer).
