Jake Derry

Jake finds inspiration in the changes brought about by globalization and the information age, believing these forces make the role of design more important than ever. His goal is to create spaces that respond appropriately to the environment and reflect a culture’s intellect and form of expression. Applying this approach to his work on retail and multifamily teams, he seeks opportunities to create memorable experiences for each user.

Jake is a proponent of the “work hard, play hard” mentality and enjoys balancing his work as an avid skier, rock climber, and mountain biker. When he’s not working or exploring Seattle nightlife he can often be found on the water or in the mountains. Growing up in Seattle, Jake fell in love with the outdoors at a very early age, resulting in his passionate advocacy for environmental stewardship.
