David Winans AIA, LEED® AP BD+C

David thrives in all aspects of architectural practice, but he particularly enjoys the synergy that develops in an integrated project team over the life of a project.

His project leadership experience includes various project types, many of them “green.” David leads our group of project managers in monthly roundtable discussions designed to optimize project delivery methods and advance our knowledge of sustainable design. On a community level, David serves as Co-Chair for AIA Seattle’s Committee on the Environment which organizes the What Makes it Green design awards program, green building educational sessions and advocacy efforts for local design professionals.

Away from work, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, golf, skiing and triathlon.
