David Winans AIA LEED® AP

David thrives in all aspects of architectural practice, and he particularly enjoys the synergy that develops between the owner, architect, and contractor over the life of a project.

His project leadership experience includes various project types, many of them “green.” David leads our group of project managers in monthly roundtable discussions designed to optimize project delivery methods and advance our knowledge of sustainable design. On a community level, David helps the local AIA Seattle Committee on the Environment arrange educational sessions for local professionals.

Away from work, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, following local and Texas Longhorn sports, travel, golf, and skiing.
