Director of Sustainability, Associate

Alicia is an Architect and passionate advocate for green building with over 15 years of experience in sustainable design. She is focused on the integration of appropriate technologies and innovative designs that inspire users while balancing project and environmental needs.

As Director of Sustainability, Alicia is the firm’s driving force for bringing integrated sustainable design solutions to client-driven projects.

She leads our Sustainable Design Group, spearheads internal sustainability research, operational efficiency and education initiatives, and is an active member of Cascadia Green Building Council.

Alicia is licensed in Washington, California and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Prior to joining GGLO, Alicia lived and worked in Italy and the Caribbean. When not advancing sustainable design, Alicia enjoys travel to World Heritage Sites and sailing with her husband.
