Our body of work is growing. We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager with 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible A/E/C experience, including developing leads, proposals, interview preparation presentation, development/design, team building, management of other staff, writing (technical and content) and editing. This position involves working directly with the Director of Business Development, Principals and design staff, managing and coordinating business development activities. Specific duties also include: assisting in development, monitoring, and implementation of strategic plan and budget; market research; production of submittals and proposals. Candidates must possess fluency in Adobe products including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as proficiency in Microsoft products PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
